- Set up a whitelist of e-mail addresses and add the following as secure senders: donotreply@sparrowexchange.com
- Choose commonly used mailboxes such as Gmail, Outlook, etc.
- If the above still cannot solve the problem, please contact your Relationship Manager or Sparrow Support.
