1. To initiate an account deletion request, your account is required to meet the following conditions:
The account balance (including sub-account balance) cannot be greater than 10 USD (calculated based on the currency price at the time the deletion request is initiated).
No open orders in the account (including sub-accounts), including but not limited to transfers, CNF orders, subscriptions and other types of orders.
2. After successfully initiating the account deletion request:
Business functions such as OpenAPI of all your accounts (including sub-accounts) will be stopped.
If there are disputes or other violations discovered in the account during the countdown period, Sparrow reserves the right to terminate the account deletion process and freeze the account.
3. Upon successful account deletion:
All funds, order information, transaction records and friends will be cleared.
Subject to local laws and regulations, data/information of the account will be stored for 3-7 years after the account deletion. If the account is alleged of fraud or illegal acts, Sparrow may hand over the data/information of the account to the government or authorities.
If any illegal arbitrage involved in the use of account cancellation is discovered, Sparrow reserves the right to permanently restrict the account registration and KYC of the suspected individual/party.
