1. What is a role account?
Sparrow allows Admin of the primary account and sub-accounts to create different roles accounts(Manager/Trader/Auditor) for individuals in the organization, each with corresponding management/operational permissions.

Notes:
- Only admin, manager, and auditor roles of the primary account can view the asset & order information of both primary and sub-accounts. Trader roles of the primary account and all roles of sub-accounts can only view the asset & order information of the sub-account the role affiliated to.
- Only admin and manager roles of the primary account can manage the primary & sub-accounts, while admin and manager roles of sub-accounts can only manage the sub-account the role affiliated to.
- The trader role can only perform business-related actions to the account the role affiliated to.
3. Differences between sub-account and role account?
a. Sub-account is an affiliated account under the primary account, managed by the primary account, and can only receive transfers initiated by the primary account. Additionally, it possesses complete independent trading, investment, and account management functions.
b. Role account is an authorization account for operational personnel within the organization, with different permissions based on the assigned roles. For example, an Auditor role account is only allowed to view orders/asset management, and cannot perform trading or investment operations.
c. Multiple role accounts can be independently created for sub-accounts, and these role accounts can log in to Sparrow by using their email and password.
4. How to add roles?
a. Log in to Sparrow account, click []-[Role Management]-[Add Role].
b. Enter the role name, select the role type, bind the email and set up the login password.
Note: Users can only create roles of ‘Trader’, ‘Manager’, and ‘Auditor’, while the ‘Admin’ role cannot be created.
c. Completing the security verification , then a role is successfully created.
Note: If you want to add roles for sub-accounts, go to the sub-account management page, and click [Add Role] under the sub-account.
5. How to manage roles?
a. Click [Manage] on the right to enter the Role Management page.
b. On the Role Management page, you can perform actions such as edit role name, Bind phone number, reset password, and bind/unbind GA.
6. How to freeze/unfreeze roles?
a. Log in to Sparrow Admin/Manager role, click []-[Role Management]-[Freeze]/[Unfreeze] to freeze/unfreeze roles of the current account.
Note: Only admin and manager roles are allowed to freeze/unfreeze roles. The manager role can only freeze/unfreeze trader and auditor roles, while cannot freeze/unfreeze the admin or other manager roles.
b. Log in to Sparrow Primary Admin/Manager account, click []-[Sub-account], expand the Sub-account List, and click [Freeze]/[Unfreeze] to freeze/unfreeze roles of the sub-account.
c. Similarly, go to the sub-account management page, and click [Freeze]/[Unfreeze] on under the role list tab to freeze/unfreeze roles of the sub-account.
