As part of our commitment to comply with the local regulatory requirement and Financial Action Task Force Value Transfer Requirement (Travel Rule), Sparrow is required to collect additional information for your deposit transaction.
Sparrow recommends that you first add your private wallet address to the whitelist before initiating a deposit using this address, which will help expedite the processing time for your deposits.

By adding a private wallet address to the whitelist, you can customize the deposit amount for the Satoshi Test to suit your deposit needs:
1. Click [...] of the whitelist address record - [Satoshi Test]
2. Click the icon [] next to the designated deposit amount - enter your desired deposit amount, e.g., 1 BTC - click [Confirm].
3. Enter the verification code and click [Confirm] to submit.
4. The system will generate a new designated amount, such as 1.000095 BTC. Please proceed with the deposit using this amount.
5. After Sparrow receives your deposit transaction, If the amounts match, the transaction will be automatically credited, expected within 1 business day.
If you have initiated a deposit to your Sparrow account using a non-whitelist private wallet address:
- you can still view the deposit details and status in the [Deposit History].
- When the status changes to "Verification Pending", please click [Verify] to submit your address verification.
- Once approved, the private wallet address will be automatically added to the whitelist, and subsequent deposits will be credited without requiring further verification.
