If deposit is being made through a joint account, other joint account holders also need to complete the basic identity verification. The Minimum amount per deposit is 50,000 USD. Otherwise the funds will be returned to you at your own expense. |
1. Log in to your Sparrow account and click [] - [Deposit] - [Fiat] to check the beneficiary bank information and read notes.
2. Send funds to Sparrow bank account via your verified bank account.
3. Return to Sparrow [Deposit]- [Fiat] to submit the remittance notice: select deposit currency and bank account, enter deposit amount, and click [Submit] to complete your notice.
4. Check your remittance progress in [Deposit]-[Deposit History]. Once funds are received, transactions will be processed no later than T+2 business day. You will receive an email or text notification upon receipt.
