You are required to authorize any new IP and devices that access Sparrow. If you log in to the platform from an unrecognized IP or device, a verification email will be sent to your email address for you to authorize this new IP or device.
If you receive a verification email unexpectedly, this may mean that someone has compromised your login details, password or 2FA and is trying to access your account. If this happens, do not authorize this new IP or device, and immediately request a change of password using an authorized device and IP.
Sparrow also keeps all user login history for audit purposes. You will be able to check your login history in “Activities” under “My Profile”.
