If you have made a recent deposit to Sparrow, please allow some time for the transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain. Deposits require a certain number of main chain blocks (depending on the asset) to be confirmed before it is recognized on Sparrow. Please see the table below for the number of confirmations required.
It says “Completed” or “Successful” but why isn’t it in my Sparrow account?
The transaction may have been marked as “completed” or “successful” but it does not mean that the assets have been received by Sparrow. That just means the transaction was successfully posted to the blockchain.
Each blockchain requires different degrees of confirmation and verification, and congestion on the blockchain may cause delays to the processing of your transaction. Please use the transaction ID/Hash to follow the status of the transaction on the blockchain.
