As digital assets are deemed to carry higher inherent risks, it is Sparrow’s interest and responsibility to ensure that our clients possess the relevant knowledge of the risks and features of digital assets. To complete the onboarding process, all clients are required to complete the Customer Knowledge Assessment (“CKA”) Declaration form.
The Customer Knowledge Assessment (“CKA”) takes the following information into consideration:
- Client’s educational qualifications
- Client's investment experience
- Client's work experience
Clients who do not possess any of the knowledge or experience required will not be able to have full access to Sparrow's products and services.
